Nearby Borde Hill has a summer picnic and Queen concert on 13th August and a local Silver Band and picnic on August the 7th. It's worth keeping an eye out on the Borde Hill website throughout the summer as they often have summer musical events.
A free concert is taking place at Burgess Hill Methodist Church on 11th August. The Lea Graham Quartet will provide a mix of songs including Sweet Lass of Richmond Hill, Born Free and Gilbert & Sullivan excerpts. Tea and coffee will be served from 12.30pm, with the concert from 1pm-2pm and there will be a collection for the British Red Cross.
Did you know that Burgess Hill has a Keyboard Club, Music Theatre Society, Choral Society, Music Society and Symphony Orchestra? There's also the Mid Sussex Brass Band and West Sussex Accordion Club to get involved with too. So, take a look at their websites and see what strikes a chord...
