Two 21-year-old men have been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, questioned and released on bail. The two men were driving south to Brighton in the early hours of Sunday morning when a fatal crash occurred on the A23 at Pyecombe. No other vehicles were involved in the crash and two other men, aged 22 and 23, who were also in the vehicle were fatally injured and died at the scene.

The two 21-year-old men who survived, from Middlesex, were taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital following the crash and were not seriously injured.
