Get Zumba fit in Burgess Hill in 2012!

Zumba seems to be the fitness fashion at the moment and there are classes all around Burgess Hill. The Latin-inspired dance fitness workout is designed for fitness and fun, so could it kick off your 2012 fitness regime?

Nicole Wisotzki runs Zumba classes at Burgess Hill School for Girls on a Monday evening (8.15pm-9.15pm) and a Thursday evening (8pm-9pm). You don't need to pre-book and classes cost £5. She also runs classes at Warden Park School in Cuckfield on a Tuesday evening from 8pm-9pm, as well as various classes in Crawley which you can find out about here.

Alternatively, Esther Featherstone runs Zumba classes at both Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill. Burgess Hill venues include Heights Health Club and St Paul's Catholic College, and you can read more about her classes here.

The Live Wire School of Dance has Zumba sessions on a Tuesday evening at Oakmeeds Community College in Burgess Hill (6.20pm-7.20pm) and you need to contact them first before your initial class and then drop in.
