Zumba is all the dancing rage at the moment and you can read all about where and when classes are around Burgess Hill here.
If salsa is more your dancing style, Salsa Julia has different level classes around Mid Sussex throughout the year, which wou can read about here.
The Live Wire School of Dance has dance classes for different ages and adults can learn Latin American and solo dancing, as well as Zumba.
Adrenalin Jive run classes at the Martlets Hall in Burgess Hill centre on a Wednesday evening, with beginner classes from 8pm, intermediates from 9pm and freestyle from 9.30pm-11pm. There is no need to book classes and you can pay-as-yo-go. The classes are for those aged over 16.
JK Theatre Arts has dance classes at Park Centre in Burgess Hill for adults of all levels on a Monday from 7pm-8pm. See www.jktheatrearts.co.uk for more information.
Best of Ballroom also offer Ballroom, Latin American, Jive, Line Dance and Sequence dance events on the first Saturday of each month at Oakmeeds Community College in Burgess Hill from 8pm-11pm. See here for more information.
